Ya know, I'll say this much about myself. I'm a slow learner when it comes to this hobby. How many times have I posted about trying to fix a single rock and hours later I'm still trying to put the tank back together etc etc? Yep, I did it again.

So while doing my epic clean last week I notice that there was a great pile of crud in the left hand corner, by the overflow. I attempted to siphon it but couldn't get under the rock to get at it so there is a small pile there. Yesterday I was over at a friends place and she had purchased a Tunze Nanostream 6045 (1100gph) and I just loved the fact that you could virtually aim it at anything and it was tiny compared to my other powerheads (and put out a ton of flow!). After installing hers (BTW, those magnets are really strong and like to get fingers caught in between them, yeeowch!) I decided it was the perfect solution to my crap pile problem.

However my concept of size and space is rather, well, non-existent. As hard as I tried I couldn't wedge it in between the back glass and the rock. But I could sort of maneuver the rock forward to get it back there. But then there was another rock halfway down that was causing a problem. By the end of the whole thing, one coral was completely off its rock, another one was so badly out of place I couldn't fit it back in and half the right (!) side of the tank needed to be reaquascaped. WTF? Hours later I finally have the tank sort of back together. I fully expect a rockslide. And I don't even have the stupid Tunze plugged in because the cord isn't long enough! Grrr!
