Today is potassium test day. I've officially been using it for a week today. I must say that zeovit potassium test kit is pretty brutal to read. The test sample is cloudy and you have to look through it to a colored test strip to determine your potassium concentration. Sometimes I could see it and sometimes I couldn't. I seriously think its all in my mind. Anyway, it seems to be somewhere in between 300 and 350ppm (I guess 325ppm?) which seems odd as when I tested before I started dosing last week it was between 250 and 300ppm (and it was really anyones guess as to whereabouts in between it was). I suppose if it was on the high side towards 300 it wouldn't be strange to have it risen to 325 but the guy I got the potassium from said it would probably raise it by about 1ppm per day. The bottle says its 80,000ppm but my brain hurts just thinking of the math to figure that one out.
ok I couldn't let that one go. I did the math and it really is 1.17mg/L increase per day according to the dosage. I think I'll try taking another sample later on today and see where its at. Maybe my eyes will be better then :P
