Early Birthday
Yay new wavebox! Yes I work fast. I was using a tunze 6100 in there as a replacement but IMO it was a poor substitute. My corals and fish seem to appreciate the wavebox much better, I think its because of the "interruption" in flow rather than a ramping up and down of flow that the 6100 provided. Oh well, both will go in the big tank eventually :)

Looking great Christy. How long did the wave box run for you? Any way to fix it?
Hey Chris,
The wavebox ran for about 2.5 years for me. I'm not sure if its the pump itself or the driver. I've looked into getting replacement parts but it ended up being cheaper to get a whole used wavebox instead. I'll likely have my dad look at the driver at least (he's an electrician and likes fiddling with that stuff). I did contact Tunze canada but didn't hear a peep back from them. I guess once your warranty is up you're on your own :(
