Well my snail army is doing a fabulous job, helped out by a lawnmower blenny. I figure I should have this algae junk licked in another couple of weeks or so. I'm sure it will probably be replaced with another craptastic algae but I'm sure my little soldiers can handle it.
As for the caulerpa, well good times abound. Man that stuff is just unreal. I rip it out, it grows back in a week. There must be some fabulous nutrients in the tank. Between the caulerpa and the insane growth of my halymedia, the fish won't have much swimming room soon. Oh well, it gives me something to do. If I didn't have the tank driving me insane I'd be bored right? Who said this was a relaxing hobby?? :P
I'm not so proud of the tank so I haven't been posting many pics lately. Here is a super gross one before I go to town on the caulerpa and get out the weedwhacker for the halymenia. Stupid actinics must not be on. Either that or the yellowyness is from the algae. I'm too lazy to get another pic though :P
Whoa, I just found the biggest emerald crab I've ever seen in my tank. Man, he's been eatin his greens cuz he is huge!! I must say though, my picture taking abilities have gone right down the toilet. I'll blame it on the scratched tank :P
