Well it looks like the caulerpa is taking over one side of the tank. The dinos are still hangin on. In fact, on the left hand side glass I have dinos growing on some sort of green algae (probly hair algae) and all of that is now covered by something that looks like cyano. Check it out! I had to laugh at that one.

Not much new to report. I did get a new wide angle lens for my camera though. Thought I'd test it out on the tank so HERE is a pic. Not too shabby. The coralline algae seems to be coming back quite quickly which is certainly nice to see. I have a few spots on the front glass and the right hand side glass is getting covered. I'm just leaving it alone because quite frankly I'm scared to touch the tank.

A few weeks ago a friend was shutting her tank down due some mystery that was slowly killing off her tank and she gave me some of the last few items she had that survived. Unfortunately I lost a most of the things she gave me but one thing that has recovered is a mystery coral. I'm sure i could get out my book and look it up but quite frankly I'm just too lazy and its probably buried under other fish stuff. I should really get off my butt and goo look it up. Anyway, here is a pic of it in the midst of it recovering. While the other side has almost fully recovered (I don't imagine these corals get wildly colored but you never know I guess. Anyway, I can see there are a couple more bleached out spots with tentacles. Alot of the coral has tissue loss but I'm hoping that the patchy spots that survived may cover the old skeleton with tissue.
