Well here comes the algae. Its not like I didn't expect it but it would have been nice to be algae free for a bit longer. Its nothing I can't handle anyway, bright green "cycling" algae, although I have noticed some brown bubbly goo in there as well, but we won't dwell on that because I WENT SHOPPING!!
Yes yes, I know I should have waited but the tank looked so clean and new and well, EMPTY!! Of course I filled it pretty well ;) Well, not filled it per se, but when these little frags grow up my tank is gonna look fantastic!
Ok on to the pictures!! Theres alot of them. I just put them all on one page, its easier that way. They're located HERE.
As well, I got a few new zoos and put them on the Zoos page
And I got a couple of clams. Two maximas, one gold and the other blue. Little beauties.
Plus I solved the problem with the bracket on my Tunze Stream. Previously it didn't sit so well as the place I wanted to put it was currently being taken up by my lighting hood. My temporary solution was to just set the lighting hood on the bracket which worked fine for awhile but I was sort of worried about both the hood and the bracket and which would be damaged first. After doing some searches on modifications for the tunze, I found out that they have made a magnet for it so you don't need the big bracket. It works like a charm and I can move it around on the glass if I want to (its a pretty powerful magnet).
After that I ran out of money :P
Besides, my tank is looking pretty full now.
