Christy's Reef

Well I'm not gonna say it again, lest it come back to haunt me later.  Whats that they say about pictures and 1000 words?  Well I'll say they both one certainly tell the nightmare.  Here is a pic of my tank during the height of the dino bloom. Pretty ugly to say the least. The majority of the SPS colonies were on their way out or dead in this pic.  By the next day the majority of them were a total loss as well as my clam which hadn't been doing very well.  A pretty sad day for me as I had had it for over a year and a half and was pretty proud of its growth.  Anyway, my mood wasn't the greatest after that so I said screw it and took the last of what was left of the sps them out and totally covered the tank in darkness for 3 days. Today it looks like this.   I think I'm just gonna leave the tank for awhile to sort itself out.  Suffice it to say for those of you that are new here, the only corals that I actually have in the tank now are the finger leather, mushroom leather, misc leather coral and the majority of the zoos (althought they aren't looking so hot either).  :(
